5. "UNITED STATES" is the issuing country ISO name,
6. "US" is the issuing country ISO A2 code,
7. "USA" is the issuing country ISO A3 code,
8. "840" is the issuing country ISO number,
9. USA - optional field, may contain additional location info, such as city, state, region, or country name in non-ISO format.
10. 800-215-6280 - optional field, bank phone number.
