Domestic Only Indicator: Cross-Border & Local Routing Optimization

Many payment cards are restricted by issuers to operate solely within their domestic national network and do not support international or cross-border transactions. Attempting to process these cards through international acquirers leads to immediate hard declines. The DOMESTIC_ONLY parameter allows payment gateways and merchants to identify these cards instantly and route or filter them correctly.

Supported Values: TRUE (the card is restricted to domestic transactions only) or FALSE (cross-border transactions are supported).
Integration Purpose: Enables smart routing to local processing hubs or prevents cross-border submission errors on checkout.
Custom Database Build: Available as a dedicated extra parameter flag in your custom BIN database package.
