We have released a regular update - version 15.4. Changes:

# Added and updated issuer names/card types for about 1900 6 digit MasterCard/Visa/Maestro records;

# Updated about 400 6 digit records with new country information;

# Added about 4500 new 7-9 digit records (Extended License);

# Removed about 20000 redundant/obsolete 7-9 digit records (Extended License);

# Minor bug fixes.
