We have discontinued phone support as it has proven ineffective in our area. Below you can find the reasons why email is a better way to communicate with us.
1) An immediate response to most concerns is not always possible. In >90% of cases, we need time to investigate and consider before we can answer your technical questions. To prepare the quality answers you deserve (with data, evidence, or other examples if needed) without putting you on hold, we usually need to browse through our data, run different queries, perform analysis, or even create custom software on the fly to gather/process the information you need. Over the phone, the quality of such a response is proven to be worse.
2) Better records and accountability. Email is a written document! Everything that is said on a phone call can be forgotten in hours or even minutes, but with email, both parties can better keep track of the information we have provided one another and the actions taken thus far.
3) Email is great for responding to queries outside of working hours. Because our clients are located globally, we may answer your emails at any time of the day (which is impossible by phone) from our laptops or other devices. You will receive even better and quicker service with this approach.
4) We're a distributed team. While we have a main office here in Limassol, Cyprus with 3-5 staff members, we also employ up to 5 other important team members in various other locations and time zones.
More often than not, we need to consult to our data, research, and technical team to provide you with a quality answer, and we’re not always available at the same times.
5) Less distraction. Quite simply, email is just more efficient. We can quickly get to the bottom of your questions without any distractions or holdups.
